What we do
Each division runs on the same documentation discipline, so an off-taker sees the same reporting whichever service they contract.
Petroleum product supply to industrial, commercial and institutional off-takers on a scheduled delivery cycle, with volume reconciled against contract at every drop.
Sourcing and trading of refined products across the corridor, with the contract structure matched to how much price exposure the off-taker wants to carry.
Road haulage and depot coordination with chain-of-custody documentation from loading gantry to discharge point, including seal numbers and transit records.
Fuel management for sites running on generation where grid supply is intermittent — consumption tracked per site so the fuel bill can be reconciled against runtime.

How we work
Amron was incorporated in 2026. It cannot offer you a decade of history, so it offers the next best thing: a lifecycle where you can see what is recorded at each step, and hold the document that proves it.
You tell us the product, volume, delivery point and timeframe. If any of it falls outside what we do, we say so on the same day rather than working around it.
We come back with a price basis, not a number pulled from the air — the reference price, the differential, and what moves it. Validity period stated on the face of the quote.
Terms are fixed in writing before first lift: quantity, quality specification, delivery window, demurrage, settlement terms and what happens if any of them slips. No verbal variation.
Your coordinator issues a lifting schedule against the contract. Where a date has to move, you hear it from us before it becomes your problem.
Product is loaded against the schedule and the vehicle is sealed at the gantry. Seal numbers are recorded before the truck leaves the loading point.
The movement is tracked to the discharge point. Deviation, breakdown or delay is reported to your coordinator while the vehicle is still on the road, not after it arrives.
Seals are checked and broken in the presence of your representative. Quantity discharged is recorded and signed for at your site.
Loaded quantity, discharged quantity and contracted quantity are reconciled per movement. Any variance is explained in the statement, not netted off quietly.
Invoices carry the movement references they cover, so every line can be traced back to a loading ticket. Settlement runs to the terms in the contract.
