Energy, moved
with precision.

Amron Global Energy Resources Limited supplies, trades and moves petroleum products across Nigeria and the West African corridor — under contract terms written to be auditable.

Divisions

Four lines of business under one documentation standard.

Commercial

Price basis and settlement terms fixed in writing before first lift.

Custody

Loading, transit and discharge recorded for every movement.

Accountability

One named coordinator per account, across all four divisions.

What we do

Four lines of business, one standard of execution.

Each division runs on the same documentation discipline, so an off-taker sees the same reporting whichever service they contract.

01

Fuel supply & distribution

Petroleum product supply to industrial, commercial and institutional off-takers on a scheduled delivery cycle, with volume reconciled against contract at every drop.

Who it is for
Manufacturers, hospitals, hotel groups, banks, schools, estates
How it is contracted
Term contract or spot · price basis fixed per lift · agreed delivery window
02

Bulk trading

Sourcing and trading of refined products across the corridor, with the contract structure matched to how much price exposure the off-taker wants to carry.

Who it is for
Marketers, depot operators, large-volume industrial buyers
How it is contracted
Cargo or parcel basis · pricing formula and quality spec agreed in writing
03

Logistics & haulage

Road haulage and depot coordination with chain-of-custody documentation from loading gantry to discharge point, including seal numbers and transit records.

Who it is for
Off-takers moving their own product; depots needing outbound capacity
How it is contracted
Per-trip or dedicated fleet allocation · route and turnaround agreed up front
04

Power solutions

Fuel management for sites running on generation where grid supply is intermittent — consumption tracked per site so the fuel bill can be reconciled against runtime.

Who it is for
Multi-site operators, facilities managers, remote installations
How it is contracted
Managed fuel supply · metered per site · monthly reconciliation statement

What we do not do

Retail forecourt sales · Upstream exploration or production · Refining · Marine bunkering. If your requirement sits in one of these, we will say so on the day you ask rather than work around it.

How we work

Every movement leaves a record you can check.

Amron was incorporated in 2026. It cannot offer you a decade of history, so it offers the next best thing: a lifecycle where you can see what is recorded at each step, and hold the document that proves it.

  1. Enquiry

You tell us the product, volume, delivery point and timeframe. If any of it falls outside what we do, we say so on the same day rather than working around it.

    Recorded
    Enquiry reference, requirement, named coordinator
    You receive
Acknowledgement with your reference and coordinator
  2. Quote

We come back with a price basis, not a number pulled from the air — the reference price, the differential, and what moves it. Validity period stated on the face of the quote.

    Recorded
    Price basis, differential, validity window
    You receive
    Written quotation
  3. Contract

Terms are fixed in writing before first lift: quantity, quality specification, delivery window, demurrage, settlement terms and what happens if any of them slips. No verbal variation.

    Recorded
Executed contract, quality spec, settlement terms
    You receive
    Countersigned contract
  4. Scheduling

Your coordinator issues a lifting schedule against the contract. Where a date has to move, you hear it from us before it becomes your problem.

    Recorded
Lifting schedule, allocated vehicles and drivers
    You receive
Confirmed schedule with dates and quantities
  5. Loading

Product is loaded against the schedule and the vehicle is sealed at the gantry. Seal numbers are recorded before the truck leaves the loading point.

    Recorded
Loading ticket, gantry meter reading, seal numbers
    You receive
    Loading ticket copy
  6. Transit

The movement is tracked to the discharge point. Deviation, breakdown or delay is reported to your coordinator while the vehicle is still on the road, not after it arrives.

    Recorded
    Departure time, route, exception log
    You receive
    Exception notice where one arises
  7. Discharge

Seals are checked and broken in the presence of your representative. Quantity discharged is recorded and signed for at your site.

    Recorded
Seal integrity check, discharge quantity, signature
    You receive
    Signed delivery note
  8. Reconciliation

Loaded quantity, discharged quantity and contracted quantity are reconciled per movement. Any variance is explained in the statement, not netted off quietly.

    Recorded
    Per-movement variance and its cause
    You receive
    Reconciliation statement
  9. Settlement

Invoices carry the movement references they cover, so every line can be traced back to a loading ticket. Settlement runs to the terms in the contract.

    Recorded
    Invoice, movement references, payment status
    You receive
    Invoice with supporting documentation

Standards

The commitments we operate against.

These are undertakings, not certificates. Where a licence is required for a movement, we hold it before we quote — and we will show it to you.

Regulatory
Incorporated under CAMA 2020 and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission. Product handling follows NMDPRA requirements for the movements we undertake.
Health & safety
Written procedure for loading, transit and discharge. Drivers are briefed against it, vehicles are checked before dispatch, and incidents are reported rather than absorbed.
Traceability
Volume, seal and delivery records are held per movement and retained for audit. If you ask what happened on a given trip, there is a document that answers it.
Commercial
Pricing basis, delivery window and settlement terms are agreed before first lift. Variations are issued in writing or they do not apply.
Conduct
No facilitation payments, no undisclosed intermediaries. This site collects nothing: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and the enquiry form composes an email in your own mail client rather than sending anything to us.

Product, volume, delivery point and timeframe are enough to start. We come back with a price basis and a structure — or a straight answer that it is outside what we do.

What happens next

  1. 01A coordinator is assigned to your enquiry and replies within one business day.
  2. 02If we need more to quote — quality spec, discharge access, offtake pattern — we ask once, in one message.
  3. 03You get a written quotation stating the price basis, the differential and how long it holds.

Supplying, hauling or operating a depot? Same address — say so in the first line and it reaches procurement instead.
